These guys just treat you like cattle don’t care if they overcharge you by 4500$ on 10000$ trailer I wouldn’t give them my business anymore they just care selling new don’t take your trailer back for service just nothibut excuses horrible experience won’t go back

Was in transit with boat in tow and gave Big Tex a call as I was concerned with the hubs. They don't usually take service calls on Saturdays, but the mechanic was in the shop and had me in and out in less than an hour. Their service was awesome…
