Would've been my third purchase from this location but the service from salesmen was lacking. One guy working in the yard unloading which is completely understandable but the other guy Chris was just sitting in the office unaware of potential customers in the yard. Asked about a low boy gooseneck…
Would've been my third purchase from this location but the service from salesmen was lacking. One guy working in the yard unloading which is completely understandable but the other guy Chris was just sitting in the office unaware of potential customers in the yard. Asked about a low boy gooseneck trailer and got a flat/dry no. Thought maybe he'd point me in the right direction or discuss other options. Maybe he was busy sitting in the office. The guy working in the yard seemed like he wanted help more but after the response from Chris I decided to leave.
